To our Customers in Finland,

If you have an appointment booked with our specialist and,

·        if you think that you may have the coronavirus infection

·        if you have symptoms of respiratory infection or fever

·        if you have been in contact with someone who suffers from the coronavirus infection

·        if it less than 14 days since you returned to Finland from abroad

If you meet one of the above criteria, you cannot come to the appointment with our specialist. 

Please note: starting on the 15th of June one may travel freely from Finland/to Finland with the following countries: Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

People travelling to Finland from other countries (including Sweden) still face 14 days of voluntary quarantine when they come to Finland.

Customers over 70 or at risk

We are asking our clients over the age of 70 and at risk to make appointments by telephone through Customer Service (tel. +358 10 328 1900 Mon-Fri 9 am-5pm) due to the corona epidemic.

Patients over 70 years of age and patients at risk whose visit / treatment can be safely transferred within 2-3 months should be considered for transfer due to the epidemic situation

We serve from remote offices, our office is closed

To protect our customers and employees, our office is closed and we serve from remote offices. Our Customer Service is open normally, on weekdays from 9am to 3pm, and we will be happy to assist you on 010 328 1900.
