Please send messages including patient information and other personal information via Secured e-mail. Due to legislation we can not answer normal e-mail containing confidential information as the confidentiality can not be guaranteed in an open network.
Note 1: when contacting Orton for the first time via Secured e-mail, please submit your mobile number in the message, so that we can send a password.
Note 2 : only Latin characters can be used, not eg. Cyrillic letters.
Information how to receive secured e-mail from Orton
- An e-mail message will be sent to you (from server: turvaposti@turvaposti.fi) stating that a secured e-mail message has been sent. You will also receive a text message containing a password for opening the secure e-mail message.
- Open the e-mail message and click on the link it contains.
- Enter the password provided in the text message and click on “Submit>>”. Your secured e-mail message will open.
- Open/save any attachments.
- If you wish, you can reply to the message using the “Reply using secured mail” button.
- Write a reply message and add possible attachment/s.
- You can accept the password proposed for the message, or enter your own password in the same space. Confirm the password by copying or entering the password into the field below.
- Click “Send”.
Information how to send secured e-mail to Orton
- Click on the Secured e-mail link on our web page, under ”Contact us”.If you are contacting Orton’s customer service for the first time, remember to include your mobile telephone number in your message, so that we can send you a password when replying to your message.
- Write a message and add possible attachment/s.
- You can accept the password proposed for the message, or enter your own password in the same space. Confirm the password by copying or entering the password into the field below.
- Click “Send”.
- A confirmation request will be sent from the secured e-mail server (turvaposti@turvaposti.fi) to your email address; please confirm by clicking on the link in the message. The message will be sent to Orton only after the confirmation.
