I treat patients with a particular ailment or injury to the shoulder, thigh, knee and ankle area, as well as accidents. My special expertise is shoulder tendon injuries, knee ligament surgery, articular spiral injuries, Achilles tendon injuries, hindlimb hamstring injuries and exercise-related stress injuries, and accidents.
My work in sports
I have worked as a doctor for the Finnish national athletics team (since 2006), as a doctor for the Finnish Olympic team (2012, 2016 and 2021) and as an independent doctor for Olympic athletes.
My self, I am an endurance runner. Today I enjoy cycling, cross-country skiing and the gym. I especially like hiking in nature
