Clear overview of your condition

Are you looking for the best possible care for your vascular surgical problem? Orton is your choice in Finland. Vascular diseases can be frightening. They range from cosmetic concerns to life-threatening conditions, and those affected cannot always judge how serious the situation is. Sometimes a dangerous condition causes no symptoms at all – and sometimes, even when symptoms are present, it may be wisest not to intervene.

With me, you will have access to both the most up-to-date scientific evidence and over 25 years of my experience in university-level specialist care. Each case is assessed calmly and thoroughly. The goal is not only to identify the correct diagnosis, but to understand the whole picture and make treatment decisions that are right for you.

I treat all types of vascular patients – including those with aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease (outside the heart), rare vascular conditions, tumours involving blood vessels, and venous disorders such as thrombosis, varicose veins, and leg ulcers.

I am personally responsible for your care and investigations, but when needed, I collaborate with a broad network of specialists I’ve worked with for many years. My goal is to give you a clear understanding of your condition and to find the safest and most appropriate solution – calmly, based on evidence, and with the support of long clinical experience.
