Two specialized health care companies, HYKSin Ltd and Orton Ltd, will combine their functions this year. The companies are owned by HUS Helsinki University Hospital.
– The new company will become the only private health care provider in Finland to offer specialized health care within various specialties, says Mr Markus Orava, the CEO of the two companies since last August.
The core functions of HYKSin are surgical, neurosurgical and oncological medical care. Orton is specialized in orthopaedical medical care, pain management and rehabilitation.
